Update the Package Index

$ sudo apt-get update

Install Deluge

$ sudo apt install deluged deluge-web -y

Start Deluge Daemon & WebUI

$ deluged && deluge-web -f

Access WebUI

http://your-ip-address:8112/

Default Password: deluge
